Body Blast   Do you want to build strength and be able to function better in your
daily activities? Try this 60-minute muscle endurance training class. This is not a
cardiovascular workout! We will target all major muscle groups in this full body
workout. (Cardio-Body Blast adds a step or biking workout.)

Body Sculpt   We utilize a number of tools: dumbbells, resist-a-balls, tubing,
discs, and body bars to get a great early morning strength workout. Your muscles
will love the variety!!

Boot Camp   Do you like a challenging workout that gets your blood pumping,
your muscles grooving and the sweat glowing? Try this boot camp class for a full
body cardio/strength workout that wakes you up and keeps you going for a great
start to your day!!


Core & More  Your core includes your midsection: front, sides, and back, as
well as your glutes.  Think three dimensionally!  Tone, strengthen and mobilize
your core for a stronger leaner you!


Circuit Training   This cross-training workout brings you a lively and
challenging session where you have the freedom to work at your own level. We will
take you through a variety of stations at 30-second intervals, working on your
cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Let the energy of this class
motivate you to do your personal best.

Kickboxing   Original and Challenge - The boxing and kicking cardio
combinations in this class give you a great workout for your shoulders, hips and
mid-section. Kickbox Original uses more familiar choreography and simple
combinations. Kickbox Challenge focuses on more complex combinations. Both
classes aim for the same level of intensity. When your sweat hits the floor, you'll
know you've arrived!

On the Ball  Sharpen your coordination and build strength as you incorporate
the ball into your workout.   Class focus varies among upper body, lower body,
core, and even a bit of cardio.


Pilates Mat Work   A method of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates. It is
designed to create strong, supple bodies, especially working the core musculature
(back and abs).  Pilates builds endurance, flexibility, strength and coordination.
Restore your posture, build efficient movement, reduce stress and boost your
energy. Take Pilates!

Spinning   Go on a cycling-inspired ride through various imagined terrains while
building cadence and resistance. Rides include seated and standing work, climbs,
jumps, and sprints. Spinning is more than just a workout. It is a training session
designed to help you develop a wide range of fitness benefits.


Step   Step up your workout results with a step class.  This aerobic workout uses
a raised platform to increase your calorie burn and firm your hips and thighs.  
Great for strengthening bones too, the step height can be modified for individual
needs.  Double step uses two steps to double your fun.


Step Boxing   Blend the intensity of step aerobics with the power of kickboxing
to mix up one great cardio workout. Put your moves to the beat of up-tempo music
to increase your calorie burn, and lace up your boxing gloves to bring your
intensity level to the max!

Step Synergy   Combines a step cardio workout with muscular strength and
toning to develop more efficient movement than either workout alone. The
synergistic effect of this class will quickly increase your fitness level. Step on up
and give it a try!

Yoga   You will feel relaxed and strengthened as you are guided through
stretching and yoga poses combined with breath work. Taught in a flowing yoga-fit
style, the class offers a number of modifications for poses in order to make yoga
more accessible to everyone. Classes end with a relaxation/meditation section.

Zumba   A fitness program inspired by Latin Dance. It fuses hypnotic Latin
rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic workout system. Have fun
and burn calories at the same time. Ditch the workout and join the party... with
Zumba!
